The store shelves are fairly empty. The paper aisles are bare. But shopping is strangely pleasant. There are a scattering of people wandering slowly through the store, giving each other a wide berth and smiling. We're all in this together.
I have found shopping to be very civilised too with the reduced crowds. However, I have not needed toilet paper, pasta or flour so have nothing to gripe about though I do hope those gaps will full before I need them.
Not quite that empty here!
