Puzzle


This pine warbler couldn't seem to figure out how to get to the suet underneath the feeder.

Peekaboo


A pine warbler and a Carolina wren shared the suet feeder.  Neither one was willing to give up their place.

Bath time


These birds were zipping around the dam trace at Durant Nature Park.  They zipped in, took a bath and then zipped back out.


As far as I can tell, they are Pine Warblers.  This is what an unfluffy one looks like.

Birds, birds, birds



The feeders at Wilkerson Nature Preserve were full of visitors.  The Pine Warbler liked the suet feeder.  So did the Blue Bird.


The Downy Woodpecker stayed with the seed feeder.



And the Cardinals picked up seeds from the ground.
