More Yellow

Another favorite yellow flower, Goldenrod.

 

Bees

The bees were busy in all the yellow flowers.  A carpenter bee snacked on a yellow crownbeard.

The prairie was filled with goldenrod.  None of us sneezed though.

The goldenrod is beginning to flower already.

The bumble bees are loving the goldenrod.

 

End of summer

End of summer doesn't mean the flowers are gone.  The bees are working on the asters.

Goldenrod has a bad rap for causing hay fever.  But it's nice to see a flower blooming in the fall.
