Eutrophication?



This pond was totally covered in green.  
These were little plants, so maybe not technically eutrophied.  (see here)
There were no water birds in sight.



But the dragonflies were everywhere.

    Our pond got covered with duck weed which looks a bit like this. In the end it did suffocate all of the fish. With lots of scooping I managed to get it under control but I guess that would not be an option here.
