Little Theater

Raleigh Little Theater sits above the Municipal Rose garden.

The theater was built as a WPA project in the 30's.  It was the first theater in the south to cast Black actors during segregation.   Notably, Andy Griffith, Clay Aiken and the cowboy from the Village People have performed at the theater.
