Theme day: Shopping

The theme this month is Shopping.
There weren't any shoppers on this cold morning, but Laffayette Village is a unique shopping area.  It's made to look like a French village, including a small Eiffel tower on the corner.

French vacation?

It look like a vacation picture from Paris, but it's a fountain at Lafayette Village, a French themed shopping area in North Raleigh.  

A little bit of Paris in Raleigh

Lafayette Village is a little bit of Paris.  It even has a small Eiffel tower on the corner of the shopping center.  There are spice shops, cheese shops, a creperie and many other little shops and restaurants.  In the summer they have live music in the center square.
