My 5 year old granddaughter was trying to describe her favorite flower, and said it had many yellow things and no yolk. Hmmm. After thinking about it I figured out it was a dandelion. Many yellow petals and no center.
This Fleabane does have a yolk.
Fleabane, looks a lot like our native brachyscome. I guess the fact is there are zillions of daisy like plants.
