30% chance of rain


Every day these last weeks the weather says 30% chance of rain.  What does that mean?  Well maybe this is it, the rain clouds cover about 30% of the sky...?

    Around here for all of the last summer it was 80% chance of rain and more .... after all those years of deep drought we now have endless rain!
