Every day the weather report tells us that there is a chance of afternoon storms.  Lately they haven't come through, although they can make a show every now and then.

Every day these last weeks the weather says 30% chance of rain.  What does that mean?  Well maybe this is it, the rain clouds cover about 30% of the sky...?

Good bye Isaias


Hurricane Isaias visited Raleigh for one night.  We had 3 inches of rain, and in the morning, the clouds blew away.
