Busy wetland


The mushy, marshy wetlands on the edge of Lake Lynn was buzzing with life.  A Blue Skimmer sat on a twig. 


This Eastern Amberwing didn't sit for long.


This Common Whitetail skimmer cast a shadow in the murky water.


This Stream Bluet took a ride on a turtle.

  1. I have never seen anything like the common whitetail, it looks like is it waving semaphore flags.
